Business Development Training
VSO is a global organisation whose mission is to bring people together to fight poverty through the lasting power of volunteering.
We will be running a tender process with the intention of awarding a contract for consultancy services to provide expertise to VSO in improving our business development practices and culture enabling us to be more successful in securing restricted funding. We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced / qualified organisations.
VSO requirements:
§ Organisations must have specialist expertise in creating and delivering training for effective business pursuit practices based on the Shipley methodology, specifically in the international development sector
§ Organisations must have experience of adapting an existing business development methodology (from opportunity identification to contract agreement) and make concrete recommendations for improved practical ways of working and a shared professional business pursuit culture
§ One-off training delivery will be required in the following locations: London, Nairobi, Bangkok, and Pretoria.
Expressions of interest: all expressions of interest must be received by VSO by 16th December 2018, 9am and must be submitted electronically (emailed) to the following email address: jaap.vanderstelt@vsoint.org. The EOI must include a contact name, company name, company address, phone and email address.
Tender documents: tender documents will be sent to those who expressed an interest shortly after the close of the EOI period.
Anticipated contract start date: mid-February 2019
VSO reserves the right not to award a contract.
