Role overview
This is a great opportunity to join our global People team as a compensation and people information analyst. You will continue the work to support the implementation and development of our global Compensation & Benefits plan for VSO. A key aspect of the role will be the co-ordination of the annual salary review. Equity and transparency are critical in our compensation and benefits work with an emphasis on gender and inclusion. You will lead in ensuring the high quality and accuracy of our people compensation data to support decision making.

Skills, qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role you will be an expert in compensation and benefits, with strong analytical skills and able to deliver high quality management information. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building productive working relationship in a global organisation, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
