Polish Humanitarian Action along with the four Central Eastern Europe humanitarian organizations is taking a part in Technical Assistance EU Aid Volunteers Project in order to prepare and pass the certification process for becoming a sending organization. As a result of the project, all members of the consortium will have enhanced capability for initiating and carrying out deployment of aid volunteers and humanitarian aid projects in general. This will be achieved by carrying out several trainings, one of them concerning knowledge management.
PAH is looking for a professional to conduct a training on KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT for NGOs. The aim of the training is to prepare the representatives of five humanitarian organizations to introduce/enhance knowledge management policy and procedures in order to prepare for the certification process.
Requirements:
• Proven qualifications
• Proven experience in running knowledge management trainings
• Ability and experience in conducting trainings in English in international environment
• Knowledge of EU Aid Volunteers initiative or other volunteers initiatives are welcomed
