What PAH is about:

PAH in Syria
For over three years Polish Humanitarian Action has been involved in projects addressed to people living in the northern parts of Syria. In October 2013 we have established permanent a mission in Turkey with fully operational office in Syria. Currently we undertake the projects in the sectors of WaSH, FSL, EP&R and medicines distribution.
Who PAH is looking for:
PAH in Turkey/Syria is looking for a Logistics Manager. The person will hold the following responsibilities:
- Procurement management including: 1) Management of procurement budget for the offices in Turkey and Syria; 2) Preparation of procurement plans for projects’ budgets; 3) Supervising procurement process in Turkey and Syria;
- Assets management in Turkey and Syria;
- Warehouse management in Turkey and Syria;
- Fleet management in Turkey and Syria;
- Communication management in Turkey and Syria;
- Cross border transportation management ;
- Communication with key stakeholders (HQ, donors, programs);
- Ensure operational compliance with internal procedures, donors requirements and local regulations.
What PAH requires:
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics management in context of humanitarian assistance during armed conflict;
- University degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related field;
- Strong communication & team management skills;
- Experience in remote management;
- Fluent English;
- Good Turkish;
- Ability to work in complex environment with multiple stakeholders;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- Driving license;
- Experience in cross border operations will be a big asset;
- Good Arabic will be an asset.
